Bundle up because winter is not done yet, Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning for Kitimat, Terrace and Stewart.
Snowfalls are estimated at 15 to 25 cm. Happening today and tonight, the system will be spreading heavy snow at times. Luckily, snow will taper off in the midday Tuesday and rain is even expected in Kitimat.
Visibility could be poor at times due to heavy snow and people are asked to prepare for changing and deteriorating travel conditions. If you do plan to travel be sure to check DriveBC for any updates on the road conditions.
