An investigation into a shooting incident in Prince George has led to arrests.
Police went to a residence on Parkview Cr. to speak with the occupants. While there police observed a handgun on the kitchen counter. A 19 year old male, a 22 year old female and two 21 year old males were arrested. Further search of the house found another handgun, an SKS rifle, another rifle with a suppressor, ammunition, body armour, a significant amount of cash and a large quantity of drugs including methamphetamine, cocaine and cannabis.
Neither the firearms nor the persons arrested are believed to be directly involved in the shooting.
