Prince George RCMP are investigating an attempted murder.
Early yesterday morning the RCMP responded to a 9-1-1 call reporting multiple shots being fired on Wiggins Place. When officers arrived on scene they located multiple bullet casings but no victim. People reported hearing gun shots and saw two dark vehicles fleeing the scene.
RCMP were the notified that a 28 year old Prince George man had gone to the hospital with a single gun shot wound. The wound is not believed to be life threatening. The Prince George RCMP’s Serious Crime Section, Forensic Identification Section and Police Dog Service Section are assisting with the investigation.
