Northern B.C. logging truck crash kills driver

WorkSafe BC, the BC Coroners Service, and RCMP are investigating a fatal logging truck crash.

Mounties say a loaded logging truck went over an embankment along the 5000 Forest Service Road about 100 km form Smithers December 20.

Police say it appears that the truck was on a curve when the trailer slid over an embankment and took the cab down with it.

The driver was killed in the rollover.

No name has been released.
