Early this morning Prince George RCMP received a report of a break and enter on Johnson St. as a result of an alarm being triggered.
Officers attended the scene and attempted to clear the garage. A lone male suspect was located hiding under a vehicle in the garage. The man attempted to run from police, but was apprehended by officers shortly after. He was taken into custody without further incident.
Jeffrey Nik Krafczyk has been charged with break & enter with intent, possession of break-in instruments, resisting arrest, 2 counts of failing to comply with recognizance.
Krafczyk will appear in court later today.
