October 31 every year marks another year for trick-or-treating and everything scary.
This also means another year where the debate rages on if Halloween should be moved to the last Saturday of October.
Research Co conducted an online survey that found 41 per cent of Canadians agreed to move Halloween, while 43 per cent disagree and 16 per cent are undecided.
According to Mario Canseco, President of Research Co, 53 per cent of people from Quebec were in favour of the move. Here in B.C. only 31 per cent were in favour of moving Halloween.
