A new bus shelter at GR Baker Memorial Hospital that will provide a more weather-protected location for patients is ready for use.
The $14,000 project was a partnership between the Cariboo Chilcotin Regional Hospital District and the Spirit of the North Healthcare Foundation.
Hospital district chair and Quesnel mayor Bob Simpson says it’s great to see the long-standing request from the community come to fruition.
