Coast Mountain College has announced an interim president while it searches for a new head.
Current president and CEO Ken Burt announced last month that he would be stepping down September 20 after five years in the role.
The college board of governors has announced that Justin Kohlman will be appointed to take on the role of interim president until the end of 2019.
Kohlman, who is the current vice president academic and provost at Coast Mountain College will assume the role while the search for a new president is under way.
Kohlman’s position will be filled by Laurie Waye, dean of business, access education, and fine arts.
