One man is dead following an explosion at a Quesnel home yesterday.
At roughly 4:45 yesterday afternoon, police received a complaint of an explosion at a residence on Timothy Road.
When they arrived on scene, they found a 56 year-old man dead in his shop.
Officers are unsure at this moment exactly what caused the explosion, but are continuing to investigate.
They do not believe it to be suspicious at this time.
