Rail traffic will not be interrupted after a secondary track in Williams Lake suffered damage overnight.
CN workers roped off the Frizzi Road track for what’s being called significant damage.
While the cause of the damage is not known, it was likely caused by a heavy vehicle moving over the track.
As the crossing is owned by the City, they will be responsible for the repairs.
RCMP are investigating the incident.
