Northerners will have 4 chances to provide feedback on two proposed caribou conservation agreements this week.
Both of the agreements in question seek to help preserve southern mountain caribou populations.
Under the federal Species at Risk Act, the first agreement is a Section 11 draft which will see Canada and BC work together on a framework to recover the animals.
The second agreement is between BC, Canada, and the West Moberly and Saulteau First Nations, which focuses on habitat protection for a specific central group of herds.
Community engagement sessions will take place in Williams Lake, Quesnel, Prince George, and Mackenzie.
