Those in the Terrace area interested in learning more about how food systems impact their lives and communities are in luck.
From April 5th to the 6th, the Northwest BC Food Action Network will bring their “Food, Glorious Food” event to the Terrace Sportsplex.
Entering its third year, the solutions oriented event brings together 100 individuals who are impacting the regional food system.
This year’s theme is “Action” and will focus on the role of small-scale farming, nutrition links to chronic illness, impacts of resource development, and fish and wildlife stewardship in First Nations communities.
