The BC Wildfire Service is planning a series of controlled burns east of 100 Mile House.
Crews will conduct open burns to reduce wildfire threats north of Horse Lake for the Imperial Ranchettes neighbourhood and 100 Mile House Community Forest.
Piles of woody debris will be burned at the end of Gray Road March 11 if weather conditions, including wind, are favourable.
The work is expected to continue periodically until about June 30th.
