RCMP in Quesnel executed a search warrant yesterday after a man proclaimed to have been shot at.
According to the victim, at around 9:45 yesterday morning, he had attended the home of an associate, where he and another man entered in to a disagreement over money.
When the complainant went to leave the home, the man reportedly produced a hunting rifle and shot the victim.
Police executed a search warrant at the Lust Road home, where they discovered and seized firearms and ammunition.
A 45 year-old suspect was held in custody pending further investigation.
Nobody was injured as a result of the incident.
