BC residents are being invited to share their input prior to the province finalizing changes to the Employment Standards Act.
Recognizing that the Act has not been comprehensively reviewed since 1994, the government intends to make changes to modernize the Act this spring.
Previously, a consultation process was completed by the BC Law Institute during their Employment Standards Reform Project.
Now, in order to gather even more input, the government has launched a new public engagement process.
