Merritt is set to play host to the 15th annual BC Assembly of First Nations’ Special Chiefs Assembly next week.
Nicola Valley Institute will house the two-day event, which will run from March 7th to the 8th.
Each year, the Special Chiefs Assembly comes together for the meeting to decide the mandate and direction of the BCAFN.
Meetings will take place between 8:30 in the morning and 4:30 in the afternoon on each of the days.
