Three suspects are in custody after gunshots were heard in Taylor this weekend.
Police received reports of shots being fired near the 9800 block of North Spruce Street early Sunday morning.
While on route to the scene, police noticed a lone van heading north on Highway 97.
When officers attempted to pull the vehicle over, several items were thrown from the van, including: a bullet resistant vest, a shotgun, and a 9 mm pistol.
Police followed the van to a Fort St John hotel where the suspects attempted to flee on foot.
All three were caught and taken in to custody on firearms related offences.
