Two members of the Ulkatcho First Nation near Anahim Lake are dead after a collision between a snowmobile and a truck on Friday night.
According to RCMP both riders of the snowmobile were pronounced dead on scene after it collided with a parked logging truck.
Anahim Lake RCMP, as well as EHS and nurses from the Anahim Lake Nursing Station responded to the scene of the accident.
Both individuals, one male and one female, were in their 30s.
The Coroners’ Service is continuing to investigate and are not releasing any further information at this time.
