An E-Coli outbreak has the BC Centre for Disease Control asking residents to ditch an island made cheese product.
After receiving five confirmed reports of E-Coli, the Centre issued a statement yesterday warning British Columbians against the consumption of Little Qualicum Cheesework’s Qualicum Spice Cheese.
The unpasteurized cheese sold between August and October tested positive for the disease, and was voluntarily removed from circulation by the company.
