The results are in following a Cariboo Regional District referendum regarding replacement fire trucks.
255 residents cast their ballots in the referendum which asked whether the community was in favour of borrowing 800 thousand dollars over the next 10 years to replace two fire trucks in the Interlakes Area.
Of the 255, 251, or 98 percent, of voters chose yes, according to the Chief Election Officer for the District.
Along with regular ballots, two advanced polls and mail-in ballots were also used to determine the results.
