Dawson Creek RCMP Seek Public Help to Locate Missing 18-Year-Old

Dawson Creek RCMP are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing person.

Police are looking for 18-year-old David Todd Laboucan Harvey, who was reported missing on Wednesday, January 21st after failing to return by his court-ordered curfew.

RCMP say David may be living a high-risk lifestyle, and they are concerned for his wellbeing.

David is described as an Indigenous male, five-foot-ten, about 104 pounds, with short brown hair and grey eyes.
