Beginning Monday, September 22, patients, staff, and visitors at Ksyen Regional Hospital will have access to a brand-new parking lot with 313 free spaces. The completion of this project means all hospital parking is now paved and organized for easier access.
Hospital administrators confirm that the temporary gravel lots, which have served the community during construction, will close to regular use on the same day. They will remain available only as overflow parking when demand is high.
“We appreciate everyone’s patience as we completed this important upgrade,” the hospital stated. “The new lot provides safer, more convenient access for our patients, families, and staff.”
Visitors are encouraged to allow a little extra time during their first visit next week as they adjust to the new layout. Clear signage will direct drivers to the main entrances and to overflow parking if the main lot reaches capacity.
The expanded parking is expected to reduce congestion around the hospital and provide a more welcoming experience for everyone arriving for appointments, work shifts, or to see loved ones.
