Métis Nation British Columbia is holding a Citizenship Services Information Session on Sunday, October 5, 2025, at the Seniors Centre in Prince Rupert. The event offers two time slots: 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. It is a valuable opportunity for individuals to learn about the MNBC Citizenship application process, renew their citizenship, or update personal information. Staff will be available for one-on-one support, and attendees can also discover more about the MétisHub. Light refreshments will be provided, and there will be a chance to win a copy of “Connecting to Heritage: A Beginner’s Guide to Métis Genealogical Research,” a resource created by the Ministry of Culture, Heritage, and Language. For further inquiries, contact the Métis Nation BC office.
