The Kitsumkalum First Nation will hold a critical ratification vote on Saturday, November 1st, to approve both the Kitsumkalum Constitution and the Kitsumkalum Treaty: A Living Agreement. This vote is open to eligible voters, who must be at least 18 years old by November 1st, 2025, and have enrolled on the Official Voters List.
Voting will take place from 10 AM to 8 PM at the Kitsumkalum Community Hall in Terrace. Eligible voters have the option to vote in person, online, or by telephone. Mail-in ballots are also available, but must be returned by 8 PM on the voting day using a prepaid envelope.
