The Houston RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Michael Randolf Kowalchuk, who has been missing for several months. Michael, a 56-year-old man from B.C., was last in contact with his family on Father’s Day, June 15, 2025, but he has not been heard from since. His family grew concerned when they realized that Michael did not make his usual call. On June 26, Kitimat RCMP were notified, and investigations revealed that Michael had not lived at his former Kitimat residence for over five years. His last known address is in Granisle, B.C.
Further inquiries suggested that Michael might have been working in Manitoba, but there have been no developments or leads from that area.
Michael Kowalchuk is described as a Caucasian male, 6 feet tall, weighing 194 pounds, with blonde hair often worn in a ponytail, blue eyes, and a light brown goatee. He may be driving a white 2003 Cadillac Escalade with the license plate VJ297C, although the vehicle is not insured.
Anyone with information regarding Michael’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Houston RCMP at (250) 561-3300.
