Stolen Boat Pursuit Ends in Arrest After Dangerous Collision Attempt

A 25-year-old man was arrested on Monday after allegedly stealing a fishing boat and leading police on a high-speed chase off Prince Rupert, where he attempted to ram a police vessel.
