Quesnel RCMP are looking to identify the suspect of a silent bank robbery from yesterday afternoon.
A lone man entered the CIBC on Reid Street just before 5:00, and passed a note to staff threatening them and demanding money.
His face was covered with a blue surgical mask and a toque, and he made gestures which led staff to believe he was armed.
After the robbery, the suspect headed westbound toward Front Street on foot, with an undisclosed amount of cash.
He is described as a 6 foot 3 inch man with a slim build, who was wearing a reflective vest, blue coveralls, and black gloves at the time.
Anyone with information which may help identify the man, or video footage of the area, is asked to contact Quesnel RCMP at 250 992 9211.
