The Terrace RCMP is still seeking public assistance in locating a missing elder.
As he’s been missing for 6 days now, 69-year old Noel Grant has not been seen since around 10:30 Friday morning, February 6th.
Terrace RCMP say It is suspected that he may have been heading to the Skeena River, however, his route of travel is unknown.
Police are seeking CCTV from the public and asking residents and businesses in that area of Thornhill to check any surveillance from the day of February 6, to see if Grant can be seen walking in the area and help determine the direction of travel.
Noel’s Family say he suffers from dementia and they are very concerned for his well being. Adding that RCMP have told them they’ve checked his residence and the local hospital, but have so far found no sign of him.
Noel Grant is described as indigenous, around 5 foot 8 inches tall, and around 161 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair
RCMP say He was last seen this past Friday in Terrace when he left home for a walk, and at the time was wearing a black jacket with fur hood, blue boots, and aviator glasses.
