Williams Lake RCMP are asking for help to find 17-year-old Jerrica Carter-Zimerlee. She was last seen by her family on Saturday, January 24, around 4:00 pm. Since then, police have conducted patrols, checked with friends and known locations, but have not been able to locate her.
Jerrica is described as an Indigenous female, about 5’7” tall, weighing 137 pounds, with brown wavy hair and brown eyes. Authorities say she may be in the Williams Lake area, but her exact whereabouts are unknown.
“Any information from the public can make a real difference,” said the RCMP. They are urging anyone who has seen Jerrica or knows where she might be to come forward.
The RCMP remind the community that reports, even if they seem small or uncertain, are valuable. Jerrica’s family is deeply concerned, and police continue to coordinate searches and follow leads.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Williams Lake RCMP at 250-392-6211. The community’s attention and support are critical in helping locate her safely.
