The District of Port Edward is set to present proposed updates to its Ticketable Offence Bylaw at the council meeting on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.
The revisions focus on unsightly properties, derelict vehicles, and other ticketable offences. District staff say the changes aim to maintain a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming community for all residents.
Residents are encouraged to attend the meeting, which begins at 7 p.m. at the District Office, to learn more about the proposed changes and provide feedback. Keeping Port Edward tidy and safe is a shared responsibility, and the District is inviting the public to stay informed and engaged.
The updates are part of ongoing efforts to strengthen community standards and support a high quality of life for everyone living in Port Edward.
