The Terrace RCMP say the missing 16-year-old Indigenous youth reported missing last Thursday, December 18th, has been located safe and sound.
The Detachment has thanked the public for their assistance during the search.
Police had earlier stressed the importance of community support in locating missing youth and encouraged anyone with information, no matter how small, to come forward.
The public had been urged to remain vigilant and report any sightings or relevant information as soon as they were able to do so.
