Pembina Pipeline Corporation has announced its financial outlook for 2026, along with new commercial agreements and infrastructure expansion plans.
The company says it expects adjusted EBITDA of between $4.125 billion and $4.425 billion in 2026, representing continued growth in its fee-based business. Pembina plans capital investments of approximately $1.6 billion next year, supporting pipeline expansions, facilities upgrades, and power generation projects.
As part of its business update, Pembina confirmed it has signed a 12-year agreement with Ovintiv for 0.5 million tonnes per year of capacity at the Cedar LNG facility. The agreement completes the marketing of Pembina’s 1.5 million tonnes per year of capacity at the project, strengthening the company’s position in Canada’s growing LNG sector.
Pembina also approved a $200 million expansion of the Peace Pipeline System to increase propane-plus delivery capacity into the Namao hub near Edmonton. In northeast British Columbia, work continues on pipeline expansions designed to support growing production and liquids transportation needs.
The company says utilization across its asset base remains high, supported by strong producer demand and long-term contracts. Pembina expects further updates on its long-term growth outlook and major projects, including the Greenlight Electricity Centre, in early 2026.
