Family, friends, and members of the Terrace community are coming together today to mark the second anniversary of the death of Sebastian Moore, the 17-year-old who lost his life in a tragic incident in November 2023. The Moore family is hosting a peaceful gathering and march starting at 4:30 PM at the parking lot near Chills and the Xpilaxha Trail.
