The evening begins at 5 PM with the Wild Roots Christmas Festival, where visitors can wander through sparkling holiday lights, explore local shops, and enjoy a warm festive atmosphere. At 7 PM, the spotlight moves to Pioneer Park for the much-anticipated Light Up ceremony. The community is invited to join the countdown as the park is transformed with dazzling holiday lights. Following the grand illumination, caroling will be led by the Lakes District Choir, filling the night air with joyful Christmas songs.
To close the evening, Burns Lake Music Society will host a Christmas sing-along at the charming Heritage Church, inviting everyone to join in celebrating the spirit of the season through song.
