Two suspects are in custody following an early morning arson and shooting that targeted a nightclub in Fort St. John on Halloween morning.
Police were called around 5:48 a.m. on October 31, 2025, to a nightclub near 100th Avenue and 103rd Street, where the Fort St. John Fire Department had already extinguished a suspicious fire.
RCMP investigators, including members of Forensic Identification Services, processed the scene and determined that the building had been both shot at and set on fire. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
Later that morning, members of the Fort St. John RCMP, the Street Enforcement Team, and Plainclothes officers located two suspects at a residence in Taylor, B.C. The pair were taken into custody without incident.
The suspects are currently being held while the investigation continues. Police say the Taylor residence is secured pending a search warrant.
RCMP believe the incident was isolated and that there is no ongoing threat to the public.
