The City of Prince Rupert, in partnership with Community Futures Pacific Northwest, is inviting local businesses and organizations to participate in the 2025 Prince Rupert Human Capital Survey. The survey is now open and will remain available until Friday, November 14, 2025.
This brief, six-minute survey provides employers with an important opportunity to share insights about workforce needs, challenges, and opportunities in Prince Rupert. The information collected will help the city, educational institutions, and community partners plan for the types of workers most needed, strengthen local training programs, and attract new talent to the region.
Economic Development Officer Leandri Kleinhans emphasized the importance of employer input, noting that workforce challenges are a key concern for many local organizations. “The Human Capital Survey gives our business community a direct voice in developing practical, community-driven solutions,” Kleinhans said.
All survey responses are confidential and will be reported anonymously. The survey is available online in 36 languages at https://ca.sprw.ai/stt-WpKlr. Paper copies can also be picked up at Community Futures Pacific Northwest, located at 100 – 515 3rd Avenue West in Prince Rupert.
Local employers are strongly encouraged to complete the survey by the November 14th deadline to help shape a stronger workforce and a more resilient future for Prince Rupert.
