On September 2, Terrace RCMP received a report concerning a suspicious man at the Lakelse Lake picnic area. Parents observed the man following female youths to the bathroom and attempting to spy on them. After being confronted, the man left the location. Despite the incident, the man remains unidentified, and police are seeking the public’s assistance.
The man is described as a Caucasian male, approximately five foot six to five foot eight inches tall, with a heavy build. He appears to be between 50 and 60 years old and has a distinctive tattoo on his right forearm. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a black t-shirt, black shorts, and shoes with white soles, and carrying a blue lunch bag.
Terrace RCMP urge anyone with information about this individual to come forward by calling 250-638-7400.
