The Fort St James RCMP is continuing its search for a missing man who hasn’t been seen in nearly three weeks. Thirty-four-year-old Matthew William Collins was reported missing on July 16. According to his family, they last saw him in late June.
Police have pursued multiple leads regarding his possible location, but none have been successful. With no new information and growing concerns for his safety, RCMP are turning to the public for help.
Collins is described as an Indigenous male, five-foot-eight, with a medium build, short black hair, and brown eyes. He weighs about 221 pounds. Officers note that he is known to lead a high-risk lifestyle, which heightens the concern for his well-being.
