How to apply:
- Apply online for everyone in your household who qualifies.
- For multiple children, submit just one application for all under 18.
- Information needed: Social Insurance Number (SIN), date of birth, and proof of dental coverage (if applicable).
Seniors and children applying before April 30, 2025, must renew by June 1, 2025, for continued coverage.
