Oker is described as an Indigenous male, 6 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 186 pounds with short brown hair that is greying and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black crew-neck shirt. Authorities are urging anyone with information about Oker’s whereabouts to contact the Fort St. John RCMP at 250-787-8100.
