The annual Cram a Cruiser event is back in Terrace. On Saturday, December 14, RCMP officers will team up with local grocery stores to collect non-perishable food donations for local charities. From 1:00 to 3:00 PM, you can drop off items at Safeway, Save-On-Foods, and Wholesale Club. All donations will go to the Terrace Church’s Food Bank, Salvation Army, and K’san Place, which are seeing a rise in demand this year as more people access their services. RCMP officers will be on hand to fill up police cruisers with donations, and candy canes will be handed out to those who stop by. Santa is also expected to make an appearance at all three locations. Stop by, contribute to a great cause, and spread some holiday cheer!
