Later, when the vehicle was spotted in motion, both the driver and passenger were known to police as prohibited from driving.
A traffic stop ensued to verify a licensed driver’s presence. Upon interaction, the driver exhibited signs of impairment. Subsequently, upon exiting the vehicle, officers noticed multiple drug paraphernalia items inside.
