BC’s ombudsperson mobile complaint team will be visiting the Northwest.
Currently taking appointments for the week of August 28, people will be able to lodge complaints about provincial services in person.
Appointments will be free and confidential with staff in Prince Rupert, Terrace, Masset, and Daajing Giids.
There, residents can share experiences with either the provincial government or other public organizations.
