Donita was immersed into Metis, country music, gospel music from a young age she used in continues to use music for healing blues rock traditional and contemporary indigenous music to her genres in this interview discuss the discovery of the 215 children found in the Kamloops residential school and how it impacted her and those near and dear to Donita but also the general public shares her gratitude for music and as well as we reminisce about a very important conversation she had with her father.
