Updated version: It appears as though the worst of the flood risks are behind us for the Northwest, but some areas are still experiencing elevated risks.
A Flood Watch covering the Nechako River has been maintained by the River Forecast Centre.
Another Flood Watch has been added to the Chilcotin river as well while the Quesnel River has been downgraded to a High Streamflow Advisory while the Fraser River’s Streamflow advisory remains.
River flows in the Skeena and Bulkley Valleys as well as the Central Coast are back to regular levels, and are expected to stay there for a while.
