Flood events in Northern BC have almost completely gone away for the time being, save for a couple.
A High Streamflow Advisory that covers all of the Nechako River is still in place and is currently flowing between 2 and 5 year flood levels.
A Flood Warning that covers the Quesnel River also remains in place.
Flood Watches and Streamflow Advisories that were in place covering the Peace, Northeast, and Cariboo have since been cancelled.
Rivers in Northwest BC are also expected to gradually rise throughout the week and could potentially get up to 5 year flood levels during the weekend.
The BC River Forecast Centre will continue to provide updates as conditions change.
