Quick action by the Prince George RCMP was able to bring in a prolific offender after he robbed a restaurant patron.
Just after 11:00 on the morning of April 5th, police responded to a theft report at a restaurant on the 1200 block of 3rd Avenue.
According to the report, a man had stolen a diner’s jacket, which contained their wallet, keys, and ID.
After reviewing surveillance, officers were able to quickly identify the suspect, who was known to them, and arrest him within 3 hours.
25 year-old Troy Felix is now facing charges of theft under $5,000, possession of property under $5,000, and failure to comply with a release order.
