British Columbians gathered in droves this weekend to join in anti-war rallies across the province.
Rallies hosted in Prince George, Vancouver, Victoria, and more drew in hundreds to denounce Russia’s war on Ukraine.
In Prince George, participants sported signs, flags, clothing, and more all coated in the Ukrainian blue and yellow.
Members of area First Nations spoke, and joined in singing and prayer in support of Ukraine.
Mayor Lyn Hall also spoke at the rally, saying that a Ukrainian flag would be raised at City Hall this week.
