Interior Health is gradually resuming services temporarily paused last month due to Covid complications.
Scheduling of non-urgent elective surgeries will resume across the health authority on February 23rd, and full services will be phase back over a two week period.
Depending on the community, some outpatient services, adult day programs, an non-urgent home services will review, and impact individuals will be contacted directly.
In Clearwater, one new nurse has been recruited to bring back inpatient services on February 23rd as well.
On the same day, nurse-provided primary care services will return to normal at the Barriere and District Health Centre, and outpatient services will return to weekday scheduling from 8:30 to 4:00.
In Lillooet, two registered nurses have been reruited, and outpatient services will re-open on March 14th.
Overnight services at the Ashcroft, and Slocan, Community Health Centres will continue to see reductions to daytime services.
