Tuition is set to increase for students at the College of New Caledonia, but not quite yet.
An increase of 2 percent for all current students is set to take effect in the 2022-2023 school year, giving students a year to prepare.
That rate increase includes current international students, but incoming students from abroad will be facing a 4 percent increase in the 2022-23 year.
That works out to a $5.77 increase for domestic students, a $25.11 increase for International students, and a $50.22 increase for new International students.
According to the College, which is currently undergoing their budget process, the increases are largely due to added Covid induced costs.
